Meet Dr. Inell Rosario
Our founder, Dr. Inell C. Rosario, is a board certified ENT doctor and surgeon who always had a passion for aesthetics and helping people feel as beautiful on the outside as they felt on the inside. She began her aesthetic experience by opening Andros MedSpa in Mendota Heights, MN, in 2013 with the tagline: Enhance, Rejuvenate, Create Your Beauty.
Dr. Rosario has been named in Minnesota Monthly for many years as a Top Doctor and Best Doctor for Women. As her ENT and Audiology clinics grew, Dr. Rosario wanted to expand and bring her passion closer. Over the years, Dr. Rosario has taken her wealth of knowledge and built a strong and passionate team of Advanced Practice Estheticians and Injectionists.
Today, Enhance MD takes an elevated approach to aesthetic medicine, bringing the finest treatment to patients throughout the Twin Cities.

Meet Gaby!
Gaby has worked in the health and wellness industry for many years, and she has always been passionate about skin and beauty. She loves helping people to feel their best on both the inside and out. The most rewarding moments for her are when she sees clients leave Enhance MD with smiles on their faces.
As MedSpa Manager and Coordinator, Gaby manages events, appointments, client relations, and keeps the clinic running smoothly.
In her free time, Gaby’s enjoys traveling, shopping and spending time with her family.

Meet Chris!
Chris is an Advanced Practice Esthetician and has worked in the medical spa industry for many years. In addition to providing high-quality aesthetic treatments, she has also been in spa operation management.
Chris enjoys every aspect of the cosmetic industry; from being a part of the client experience to mentoring and training new estheticians.
In her free time, she loves riding with her husband on the back of his Harley, boating with family on the St Croix, and anything involving her granddaughter.
VAL ANDERSON

Meet Vale!
Val is an Advanced Practice Esthetician and has worked in the healthcare and medical spa industry for many years. She also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a Master’s Degree in Education.
Val offers her clients a unique combination of experience, knowledge, and personal attention. She is passionate about skin care, especially the latest technology and treatments related to aging.
In her free time, Val likes to spend time wither family, travel to new destinations, and take walks with her dog..

Meet Madi!
Madi is an esthetician at Enhance MD Body and Skin. She enjoys everything to do with skin, but loves corrective services- her favorites are micro needling and dermaplaning!
She always wanted to go into a career where she helps others, and she finds aesthetics a very emotionally rewarding field. Making people look good also makes them feel good; which in turn, makes Madi feel good- what’s not to love?
In her free time, Madi likes to spend time with her family and friends, walks with her partner and her dogs, and read as much as she can.
Sophia Rosario
Skin Specialist
Meet Sophia!
Sophia graduated from the Minnesota School of Cosmetology in January 2022 and went right into the Advanced Practice course at The Institute of Advanced Aesthetics, where she graduated in September 2022.
Her favorite services to perform are Hydrafacials, micro-needling, & brow tinting. She has always had a passion for beauty & skincare, & wanted to learn how to treat others' skin concerns.
Sophia has made it her goal to help as many people as she can to feel more confident and comfortable in their skin. She can't wait to get started working with clients at Enhance & to continue to learn as much as possible!
In Sophia’s free time, she likes to draw, work out, & travel.
HELEN CASTILLO DELGADO
Massage Therapist
Meet Helen!
Helen graduated from Aveda Institute Minneapolis in 2020. She is passionate about kinesthetics and helping her clients to relieve stress, relax, and improve their overall wellness.
After discussing a client’s goals with them for the session, Helen determines which techniques to use to address their needs. She’s skilled in Deep Tissue Massages, Relaxation Massages, Prenatal Massages, and more. She also includes hot towels and biofreeze upon request, and is trained in hot stone massages and foot reflexology.
Helen’s hobbies outside of work include yoga, spending time with her kids, and getting involved in her local community.
JOHN HALLORAN
Massage Therapist
Meet John!
John is our seasonal massage therapist, and earned his degree in Massage Therapy from Everest Institute in 2014 and is Licensed in Inver Grove Heights. Focused, deep tissue and relaxation are John’s specialties. To him, the best part about massage therapy is being able to see people walk out of the treatment room feeling better than they were when they walked in.
